Your blog is the bloggiest best! Yes, blogs are generally stupid and usually equal to an olympic sized naval gazing sport, but yours is different! It's witty, sweet, opinionated, and delicious--plus, it takes the reader, moi, to lot of groovy places and I get to "meet" some very cool ppl. So keep it coming!

Thank you, Barbara! Wow--you must have done some digging to find me. This isn't quite up and running yet, so I hadn't put the word out. But your early comment is most encouraging!
All the best,
Karen

Hi Karen,

I'm so happy to find your blog. My Saturday morning ritual used to be to get a coffee, and
the Globe and retreat to read your column. I just returned (in December) from showing in the
Florence Biennale. We didn't know how lucky we were to be visiting Florence when no one
else was. It is a terrible shock to the system to come back and eat -- cheese for instance, or
white bread. You are funny and fantastic. I love your writing, and I am so sorry you aren't with the Globe anymore.

Take care,
